Historical Tour
The Program includes visits to the tunnels for aging wine, our enoteca with a unique collection of wines, a tasting of six types of champagne and sparkling wines in the Big Tasting Room. You will be told about the history of champagne in France, the history of the Novy Svet Winery and its main stages of development.

Sparkling Wine Production Tour
You will visit the Champenoise Department and will see the degorging process – one of the most important operations in the production of sparkling wine. After the tour there will be a tasting of six types of  sparkling wines in the Small Tasting Room.

Bruterian Tour
This Program includes visits to the Golisyn’s cellars for aging wine. Our trained remuers will show you the technological process of remuage – a sediment shifting to the neck of a bottle. You will be told about the Novy Svet Winery’s history, the specificities of the Novy Svet sparkling wine production. After the tour you will have the opportunity to taste three brut sparkling wine varieties.

Tsar’s Tour
The program includes visiting the Golitsyn’s cellars and tasting of four types of elite sparkling wine in the study of Prince Golitsyn.

The Lev Golitsyn House Museum Tour
The program includes visiting seven Museum rooms and tasting of six types of sparkling wine in the old Golitsyn’s cellar.
