This exquisite “virgin” wine is made from the base blend of Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Fran, and Aligote in the classic French method style, Methode Champenoise.

 The wine’s straw color has greenish highlights; it is also transparent, has lively sheen and a light lacy froth with a steady stream of fine and persistent bubbles; this qualities make it look beautiful in the glass.

This lovely wine boasts unusually light acidity and refined palate characteristics of the old low-yielding elite vines.

 To really enjoy this brut at its best you can drink it with rich creamy cheese; it is also delightful with caviar which is a classic combination.

It is served at the temperature +6 to +8 degrees.
